Heather Alder

Heather Alder
Vocals

Heather Alder grew up in Baton Rouge and has been a fixture on the local music scene since the age of 18. After a brief stint in Nashville early on, Heather returned to Louisiana to raise her two boys, Matthew and Jacob.
Heather has honed her vocal skills over the years performing all types of music from southern rock and country to 80’s hits, R & B and funk

When asked, Heather states “I will never be able to acknowledge where I am as a singer and performer without giving thanks for the opportunities I’ve had along the way, to lead bands like The Kozmic Kowboyz and Fantasy. Not only have I learned from the experience but I feel I’ve become a true professional in what I do. I’ve been fortunate to have met some truly wonderful people and some amazingly talented musicians.”

Heather also hosts a nationally syndicated television show, “Hot On Homes,”
airing every Sunday morning locally on WAFB channel 9. After years in Real Estate, Heather was asked to be the face of “Hot On!” in Baton Rouge because of her experience performing live. You can check her out on the web at hotonbatonrouge.com.

“I can’t express how excited I am to be the new female vocalist for Stormy.
Being on the scene for as many years as I have, Stormy has had a reputation for being the best of the best. This band takes material that not many others can do and makes it their own, hands down. I look forward to adding a little bit of ‘me’ to the mix and seeing where the road takes us.”
